• Usage data: event configuration, generated QR codes, scan statistics (no personal data from end participants). Participants who scan a QR are not identified and no personal data is requested from them.
• Contact data: name, email, and message when you use the contact form.

• Provide the contracted service (basis: contract performance).
• Respond to your queries via the contact form (basis: legitimate interest).
• Improve the service (basis: legitimate interest).
We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.
We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by writing to [email protected]. Scan statistics are retained while the event is configured on the platform.
